Born and raised in northern New Jersey, Dr. Joseph A. Dr. Racanelli attended the prestigious Delbarton School before earning his undergraduate degree from Boston College. He received his medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by a rigorous general surgery residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, an affiliate of Weill Cornell Medical College.
During his training, he gained experience at some of the nation’s leading institutions, including:
